Ingredients:

  • 2 1/4 cup of all-purpose/bread flour
  • 1 tsp of salt
  • 1 tbsp of honey
  • 1/2 tbsp of olive oil
  • 1 tbsp of oil (or more for the end)
  • 6 fl oz of war water
  • active dry yeast (take from a packet)

I found this recipes from a recipe on reddit.

  1. Follow the steps on whatever active dry yeast brand you have to set things up.

  2. Add the flour, honey, 1/2 tbsp of oil, warm water and yeast to a mixing boil. Mix with a fork first, things will get sticky. You should be good to stop after 10 minutes of mixing.

  3. Cover bowl with a plastic wrap or a towel for at least 1 hour.

  4. Setup a floured surface and place the mix on top. Knead it a couple of times then let rest uncovered for 15 minutes.

  5. Shape the bread however you want and place on a baking sheet, cover the bread for 1 hour with a towel or plastic wrap. By the end of the hour, preheat your oven to 400°F.

  6. When ready, score the tops of the dough and brush with the oil you have as much as you want (will test with eggs).

  7. Bake at your discretion, the original recipe wanted 18-20 minutes but I ended up needing to bake for roughly an hour.
