Spiced Overnight Oats
Ingredients 2 Cups of Old Fashioned Rolled Oats 2 Tablespoons of Chia or Flax seeds 2 Scoops of Protein Powder (vanilla) 1 Teaspoon of Cinnamon (or more) 1 Teaspoon of Vanilla Extract 2 Tablespoons of Maple Syrup or Honey 2 Cups of Milk or Almond Milk (any milk) In a bowl that can eventually be covered, mix the oats, chia/flax seeds, protein powder, and cinnamon together. Now mix in the Milk or Almond Milk, vanilla extract and Maple Syrup and Honey, Now seal the bowl whichever way you can....
