Spiced Overnight Oats

Ingredients 2 Cups of Old Fashioned Rolled Oats 2 Tablespoons of Chia or Flax seeds 2 Scoops of Protein Powder (vanilla) 1 Teaspoon of Cinnamon (or more) 1 Teaspoon of Vanilla Extract 2 Tablespoons of Maple Syrup or Honey 2 Cups of Milk or Almond Milk (any milk) In a bowl that can eventually be covered, mix the oats, chia/flax seeds, protein powder, and cinnamon together. Now mix in the Milk or Almond Milk, vanilla extract and Maple Syrup and Honey, Now seal the bowl whichever way you can....

Halal Chicken

Ingredients Olive Oil Salt MSG Boneless Chicken Breast Paprika Tumeric Garlic Powder Onion Powder Oregano (powdered optional) Thyme (powdered optional and in my case preffered) Cardamom Allspice Lemon Juice (fresh or artificial, fresh preffered) You may notice that there is no portion size, measure with your heart. This recipe will only go over the seasoning/marinate steps. You can cook however you like. In a large bowl add you chicken (cut up or whole) Here you want to add Salt and MSG (don’t do too much MSG as you could make it too salty) then stir it up Add a generous drizzle of Olive Oil on the chicken and mix to spread it around For the following seasonings I like to pair these up together because I found them similar...

French Bread

Ingredients: 2 1/4 cup of all-purpose/bread flour 1 tsp of salt 1 tbsp of honey 1/2 tbsp of olive oil 1 tbsp of oil (or more for the end) 6 fl oz of war water active dry yeast (take from a packet) I found this recipes from a recipe on reddit. Follow the steps on whatever active dry yeast brand you have to set things up....

Sausage Basil Pasta

ingredients: italian sausage broccoli medium pasta shells (or other pasta) basil pesto salt olive oil pepper red crushed pepper flakes Begin boiling water for the pasta. You can add olive oil and salt to taste. As the water is boiling you can begin breaking apart the broccoli heads to use for later. Once the water is boiling add your pasta. As the pasta boils you can prepare the italian sausage by either rolling small balls or just breaking it up in to a sort of ground sausage....
