Ingredients

  • Olive Oil
  • Salt
  • MSG
  • Boneless Chicken Breast
  • Paprika
  • Tumeric
  • Garlic Powder
  • Onion Powder
  • Oregano (powdered optional)
  • Thyme (powdered optional and in my case preffered)
  • Cardamom
  • Allspice
  • Lemon Juice (fresh or artificial, fresh preffered)

You may notice that there is no portion size, measure with your heart. This recipe will only go over the seasoning/marinate steps. You can cook however you like.

  1. In a large bowl add you chicken (cut up or whole)
  2. Here you want to add Salt and MSG (don’t do too much MSG as you could make it too salty) then stir it up
  3. Add a generous drizzle of Olive Oil on the chicken and mix to spread it around

For the following seasonings I like to pair these up together because I found them similar

  1. Add Paprika and Tumeric enough to cover most of the chicken
  2. Add Garlic Powder and Onion Powder a little more than you did on step 4
  3. Add Thyme and Oregano, the amount is your preference
  4. Add Allspice and Cardamom, these are sweeter flavors so be wary of how much you add (all preference)
  5. Last step sprinkl that Lemon Juice
  6. Once done you can cover the bowl or put the chicken in a ziploc bag to marinate it at least a day or a couple hours
