Ingredients

  • 2 Cups of Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
  • 2 Tablespoons of Chia or Flax seeds
  • 2 Scoops of Protein Powder (vanilla)
  • 1 Teaspoon of Cinnamon (or more)
  • 1 Teaspoon of Vanilla Extract
  • 2 Tablespoons of Maple Syrup or Honey
  • 2 Cups of Milk or Almond Milk (any milk)

  1. In a bowl that can eventually be covered, mix the oats, chia/flax seeds, protein powder, and cinnamon together.
  2. Now mix in the Milk or Almond Milk, vanilla extract and Maple Syrup and Honey,
  3. Now seal the bowl whichever way you can. Place in your fridge and leave for a day.
  4. After the day, if you want you can eat it all, or you can separate into roughly 5-6 mason jars.
